From building applications and supporting cloud environments to progressing from Crew Member to Manager at Tim Hortons, I’ve learned to approach challenges with both technical thinking and a people-first mindset. My path hasn’t been conventional, but every chapter has strengthened my ability to adapt, take ownership, and work with people—and it’s a journey I’m proud of.

My career connects two worlds: technology and people. I've developed business applications, supported cloud environments, and helped users resolve technical issues.
At Tim Hortons, I grew from Crew Member to Manager, building experience in team coaching, daily operations, and customer care. Both sides of my career have strengthened how I communicate, take ownership, and solve problems.

At The Root Tech, I developed administration, billing, and job-portal applications. I worked across the front end, application logic, and databases to bring business requirements into practical use.

A selection of applications from my development experience.
Business application
A database-backed application built to support internal administration and everyday business workflows.
Developed the application using ASP.NET, C#, and MySQL, with work across application logic, database objects, and testing.
Desktop application
A business application for managing billing records, customer information, and reporting in one place.
Developed the billing management system and worked with SQL Server to store billing and customer data and support reporting.
Web application
A web application developed with PHP and MySQL, using MVC to structure the application.
Created the job portal using PHP, MySQL, and MVC methodology during my development work at The Root Tech.
